The biometric verification performed by the Access card takes place offline, enhancing user identity security. The access control card boasts exceptional speed, robust security validated by FIDO 1+ certification, and compatibility with Near-Field Communication (NFC) as well as Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technologies. Adam Philpott, CEO of Fingerprint Cards, noted the historical challenges in biometric cards due to fragmented infrastructures, which can impede user experience.
